Turbo Machinery Control
CCS has developed a set of turbo machinery control applications for Surge Prevention Control (SPC), Station Control (SC), Gas
TurbineControl (GTC) and Steam Turbine control (STC). We only utilize leading third-party off-the-shelf-hardware and software products to implement our patented algorithms. All turbo
machinery control applications are developed according to specific rules and requirements, which ensure the compatibility of applications with the vendor software package.
Our turbo machinery controls work with any IEC61131 compliant hardware platform offering multi-level availability classes like SIL2 and SIL3 so they are suitable for multiple environments. You can also choose to use your own hardware platform, thereby reducing the need for additional spare parts and training expenses.
Special tuning and maintenance screens for testing and validating your turbo machinery’s specific machinery parameter such as electronic overspeed testing and compressor surge line validation.
All of our turbo machinery control applications are configured, operated and maintained via a selected HMI software package vendor, chosen by the customer or recommended by CCS. The control applications use a limited pre-defined set of configuration parameters.
